Attraction and Grouping
As we can see from the picture we can see that the colors of the image attract our eyes and from the shapes that it’s taking helps connect to us. The image works very well with the red rose petals forming a heart and those rose petals are grouped together to make the shape. The shape that is showing makes us think about the image itself and also creates some kind of back story to the image as to who the bed it is for or we would think about how romantic it is if someone did this for us. We can see that we try to make assumptions of what the image could tell us and how we can make stories with it.

Leveling
The image is in the syntactical guidelines of leveling but it is shown poorly, even though that the alien that is in the middle and is the main subject of the image, the viewers are still being distracted by the mother and child in the foreground. If not for the mother and child it would make a good representation of leveling, but it image is more sharpening as we are looking more at all the details of the image from the alien in the background to the people at the front and even looking at the people’s faces.
